Brother of Robert (JoAnn), Jackie Fulk, Cheryl (Gale) Hill, Donna (Brian) Benson, and the late Elmer Jarvis and Helen (Jarvis) Shuff

Uncle of Roberta (Thomas) Freel, Richard (Dianne) Jarvis, Russell (Cynthia) Jarvis and Deborah (Shuff) Simon.  Also survived by many other nieces and nephews

Randy was a Veteran having served in Hamburg, Germany, an active member of Liberty Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School, and retired from Bell/Verizon after 35 years of service.
