Father of Alexander, Erin (Andy Shane), Billy Jr. (Morgayne) and Lauren (Jose) Rodriguez.  

Grandfather of Tyler, Aiden, Brandon, Christian and Ashlyn.  

Brother of Steve (Ellie) Borlak.  

Bill owned and operated Billy’s Ice Cream for 37 years and was well known throughout the area as the legendary ice cream man.  He was well loved by his family and within the communities he served.  He proudly donated ice cream towards children's causes, had a love for Harley Davidson, and had great pride in his children's military service.
