I want to express my condolences to Billy’s family and Wife I rode a motorcycle with Billy for past15 or 20 years..We will be greatly missed By all his biker friends and friends he knew from Julians Health Club where I seen him a lot..RIP Ice cream Man...You will be missed by a lot of people

Dear Borlak Family, I'm so sorry for the loss of Bill. I've been friends with him and you Claire for the last 25 years. You both are family to me as well as mom and the kids.
