Father of Brian Kitzki and Sandra (Kevin) Judd.  

Grandfather of Emily Nicole Judd.  

Brother of Marlene Burlett (the late John).  

Son of the late Raymond F. and Dorothy Kitzki.  

William retired in 1994 after 20 years of service in the U.S. Army and was currently a U.S. Postal Service employee.

Visitation Friday March 29th from 2-4 and 6 until the time of the  Funeral Service at 7:30 p.m.  at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.

In Lieu of flowers memorials suggested to the family to help with funeral expenses.
