Catherine A. Ujazdowski

Catherine A. Ujazdowski, Age 89, of Shaler Twp. passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at UPMC Passavant Hospital.

Born on April 14, 1931 to the late Anthony and Anna Edzik.

Wife of the late Chester Ujazdowski for 61 years.

Mother of Carol Kaminski (the late Robert);  Patricia Popovich (Steven);  Thomas Ujazdowski (Barbara);  David Ujazdowski (Kelly);  Michael Ujazdowski (Amy Jo);  Suzan Tvaruzek (Eric).

Grandmother of Robert Kaminski Jr. (Maggie);  Brian Kaminski (Samantha);  Natalia Petrulli (Leo);  Halie Banas (Josh);  Thomas Jr. and Zachary Ujazdowski;  Megan (Nick Parks);  Autumn and David Jr. (Katie);  Amy Salera (Neko);  Michael Jr., Jacob and Isabella Ujazdowski;  Tess Rodgers (Bill);  Kayla (Michael Gallagher) and Todd Tvaruzek. Also survived by Goddaughter Rita (late Joseph) Koleff and great nephew Geoff Koleff.  

15 Great Grandchildren.

Catherine was known for her love of attending family gatherings, especially sharing time with grandchildren and great grandchildren, her love of travel and her enjoyment of fresh coffee (with cream), lobster (with butter), and fresh garden tomatoes (with pepper).  She also loved watching her garden containers grow into hardy plants.  

Our loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother will be missed by all.

Mass of Christian Burial Sat. 10 AM at St. Bonaventure Church.
