Donald Chalmers Duncan, born to Gertrude (Wallace) Duncan and Francis Chalmers Duncan on Feb. 2, 1935 died on Jan. 24, 2021 in Pittsburgh,PA. Donald was a graduate of West View High School in 1954 after which he attended Westminster College. He served in the U.S. Army for 2 years, following which he entered the restaurant industry, serving as manager and then supervisor for the Mayflower Coffee Shops, Calico Kitchens and H.A.
