Husband of the late Mary Lou Wagner.
Companion of Patricia Claypoole.
Father of Randy Wagner (Joanne Conner), Nancy McNeish (Brian) and James L. Wagner Jr. (Kristin).
Grandfather of Cory, Shayla, Samantha, Chloe and Briar.
James was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.
Visitation Thursday 2-4 and 6 until the time of the service at 7:30 PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.
