Grandfather of Dante, Marcus, Charlotte, and Valerie. 

Son of the late Leo A. and Marie G. Bowser Arend. 

Brother of Phyllis Chism (Bob) and the late Denise Clo.

Best friend of Charles Bernard “CB."

Jeffrey was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed fishing and hunting, trains, and watching Dante play basketball. He was also a long term employee of Port Authority Transit and the Shaler Township Water Department.  

Visitation Tuesday, August 4th from 2-8 PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA 15116. Funeral Service Wednesday, August 5th at 11 AM at Neely Funeral Home.
