JoAnn Jarvis Obituary

JoAnn Helen (Ribaritsch) Jarvis passed away on 7/13/26 after a long illness. She was the loving wife of Robert for the past 70 years. She was the daughter of the late Frank Ribaritsch & the late Marie Schlick and was preceded in death by her sisters Lois Lehane and Patricia Mills. 

JoAnn was a long time resident of Hampton Township, where she worked for 20 years in the planning department. She held many offices for the Allison Park AARP #3736 but especially enjoyed being the Tour Director. Along with husband Bob, they went on over 200 trips all over the world. 

JoAnn was an active member of St. Ursula Church for 65 years belonging to Christian Mothers & volunteering for their annual parish festival in various capacities. She liked doing crossword puzzles, reading, bowling, bingo & spending time with her loving family at home in Hampton or at their summer home in Lake Latonka. 

Beside her husband, JoAnn is survived by daughter Roberta Freel, sons Richard (Dianne) Jarvis & Russell (Cynthia) Jarvis; grandchildren Stacy Galaski, Stephanie Lotis, Johnathon, Jeffrey (Kristen) & Joshua (Mollie) Jarvis; and great-grandchildren Rachel, Hunter, Riley, Emma, Ava, Nora & Maizie; and sister Deborah Baysek. 

Visitation Wednesday July 15th from 2-8 PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. 

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday the 16th at 10 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, St. Ursula Church, Everyone Please Meet at Church.
