Obituary

Madeline L. Hughes, age 88, of Shaler Township on September 27. Wife of the late Joseph D. Hughes. Daughter of the late John and Julia (Doyle) Dugan.

Mother of Marian Nadybal (Jonathan), Kathy Holland (William), Joann Van Atta (Frank E.), Paul J. Hughes (Ruth), Patrick J. Hughes (Lisa), and Terri Castle.

Grandmother of Julie (deceased), Alison Lester (Matt) and Justin Nadybal, Benjamin (Tricia) and Luke Holland, Frank Joseph, Stephen (Kaitlyn Thayer) and Emily Van Atta, Kevin and Breanne Hughes, Kierstyn, Kendra and Jakob Hughes, Audrey, Abigail, Cole and Colin Castle.

Great grandmother of Trevor and Avery Lester and Jackson and Samuel Holland.

Sister of the late James (Anceda) Dugan and Joseph (Violet) Dugan.

Madeline had such a deep faith in God and love for her family.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday September 30 at Neely Funeral Home 2208 Mt Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA 15116.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday October 1 at St. Bonaventure Church Mt Royal Blvd Glenshaw, PA.  15116.  Burial will take place in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
