Marlene A. Mast

Marlene A. Mast, age 90 of Gibsonia, PA went home to be with the Lord on July 13, 2023.  

Marlene was preceded in death by her father, Charles H. Mast and mother, Jessie (Beegel) Mast also of Gibsonia, PA. She is survived by many people who loved her dearly, including her cousin, Rainie Turner, of Show Low, Arizona with whom she shared a lifelong friendship. 

Marlene was a faithful member of Christian Community Church. She had a heart for missionaries and served on the Missionary Committee for several years, often sending letters of friendship and encouragement. Marlene had a fervent passion for reaching the world with the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ. She was greatly loved by her church family and will be missed by all. 

Marlene made friends easily and enjoyed spending time at the Senior Center and the Lighthouse. Vermilion was one of her favorite places and she vacationed there often with close friends throughout the years. 

In lieu of Visitation, a Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday July 29, at 10:00 AM at Christian Community Church, 5719 North Montour Rd., Gibsonia, PA.  All are welcome to join in the celebration of her life. Memorial donations may be made to Christian Community Church for their Missions fund or to the Audubon Society.
