Mary G. (Wardlaw) Tarasi

Mary G. (Wardlaw) Tarasi of Shaler Twp., died at her home on August 13, 2023. Mary was the beloved wife of Albert Tarasi for 48 years. 

Mary was the dear mother of Gregory Tarasi and the late Mark (surviving wife Jill) and the late David Tarasi. 

She leaves behind her four grandchildren, Grace, Leo, Addy and Charlie, all of whom she adored. 

Also survived by her sister-in-law, Tanya Wardlaw (late Patrick) and brother-in-law Paul Tarasi (Karen) and a number of nieces and nephews along with their children. Mary also leaves behind her 3 good friends, Dorothy Bellowicz, Victoria Lawrence, and Jane Mesiano. 

Mary was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who devoted her life to her family and will be deeply missed. 

No Visitation, A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday Aug. 19th at 10 AM at St. Matthew Parish, St. Bonaventure Church. Everybody Please Meet At Church. 

Burial will be held at St. Mary Cemetery, O’Hara Twp., PA 

Also a special thanks to all the people at Good Samaritan Hospice for their help and support. 

In lieu of flowers contributions in Mary’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, her favorite charity.
