Wife of the late Samuel S. Meli. 

Mother of Jim Burgess (Elizabeth) of Sherman Oaks, CA, Peg Frain (Chuck) of West Minster, MD, and Vittoria Meli of Copenhagen, Denmark. 

Step mother of Ian Saunders (Kara) of Calistoga, CA. 

Grandmother of Casey, Sarah, Julia and Claire Burgess. 

Sister of Margaret A. Miklancie, Ellen Marcus and the late James P. Miklancie (surviving wife Elaine). 

Also survived by many nieces and great nieces. 

MaryAlice was a talented writer for the New Castle News. She raised funds for Leukemia and Lymphoma which she used for a marathon she accomplished in Dublin, Ireland. 

No Visitation, A Celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
