Michele Della Valle, age 60, of Valencia formerly of Shaler, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, August 12, 2023, after a courageous battle with brain cancer.

Her passions were traveling with family, cooking for her family, and going out to dinner with her family.

She is also survived by her mother, Mary Ellen Furar and late father, Robert Furar; brother, Robert Furar Jr. (Kim); sisters, Colleen Scherer (Gordon) and Jennifer DiGirolamo; brother-in-law, Philip Della Valle (Cynthia); and many nieces and nephews.
She has been a long-time member of St. Bonaventure Parish and St. Killian Parish.
