Rose Mary Spampinato

Left us peacefully on the morning of Sunday, October 30, 2016. She grew up in Etna, PA and graduated from Etna High School, class of 1944.

Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Born January 5, 1926 to the late John and Josephine Lupnacca. Wife of the late Angelo M Spampinato.

Mother of Paulette Freundorfer, Philip (Constance) Spampinato, Connie (John) Meinert, Janice Spampinato, Leonard (Rosemary) Spampinato, Michael (Cynthia) Spampinato, Christine Ferguson, and Stephan Spampinato.

Grandmother of Colyn Freundorfer; Antonio (Heidi), Rocco (Ashley), and Jesse (Amy) Spampinato; Dr. Elizabeth (Greg) Thomson and John Meinert; Angelo Spampinato; Roman Spampinato; Dominic (Melinda), Gina and Lisa Spampinato; Phillip and Cameron Ferguson; and Stephen and Anthony Spampinato.

Great grandmother of Giovanni, Vianna, Roman, Lucia and Nathaniel Spampinato.

She is survived by one sister, Mary Zeh.

Friends will be received at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mount Royal Boulevard on Thursday, November 3rd, 6 - 8 pm and Friday, November 4th, 2 - 4 pm and 6 - 8 pm.

Funeral mass at St. Mary of the Assumption Parish, 2510 Middle Rd. on Saturday, November 5th at 10 am, with interment to follow.
