Ruth R. Murdy, age 90 of Shaler Township on Apirl 15, 2023.  

Wife of the late George E. Murdy. 

Mother of Ruth Ann Messina, Kimberly Ivill and Debbie Oblinger (Lawrence “Ace”).  

Grandmother of Lauren, Nikki, Joe and the late Brian.  

Great grandmother of six.  

Ruth was a crossing guard at Jeffrey Primary School in Shaler Township for over 54 years. She enjoyed playing Bingo and going Bowling.  

Visitation Wednesday April 26th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.  

Funeral Mass Thursday April 27th at 10 AM at St. Matthew Parish, St. Bonaventure Church, Everyone Please Meet At Church. 

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Alzheimer’s Research or the American Cancer Society.
