Virginia Sallach Obituary

Virginia L. Sallach, (nee Obermeyer), age 101, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021. She was born Dec. 7, 1919 to the late William and Mabel Obermeyer. Surviving are her daughter Janet (Connie) Shanahan, and her grandson Bryan (Annie) Shanahan. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and her Daughter-in-law Carol Sallach and former Daughter-in-law Peggy Barnett. She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin “Sam”, son William and her sister Grace Obermeyer. Visitation Friday 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 2:00 P.M. Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.
