Stacey, Scorpionlady, I just found out the news of your passing.
I never met her, but feel like we became friends via Clayversity Board. We were the early risers.
She and others helped me during my sister's battle with cancer.
To her family and friends, my sincere sympathy.
God Speed dear friend. Rest in peace.

Sad news to read of Stacey's passing. We had several messages back and forth and I always found here to be very sweet, in our messages and in her posting. I did not realize, however, how young she was.
Gone too soon, Kind Stacey. Gone too soon.

Today was one of the sadist days of my life. The comfort the more than 200 visitors gave my family cannot be measured. I would like to thank all who showed and those who could not but called or posted online. After reading all the clay post I realized that Pittsburgh is not the only fan base with a nation. The Claynation stepped up to match the Pittsburgh spirit. Love to all of you from Stacey's baby brother and my family.

I had known Stacey since joining TDA in 1990 and very quickly became good friends with her. We spent many lunches together commiserating about day to day life. My career path took me away from TDA in 2000. I enjoyed keeping in touch with her and occasionally called in to her office to wish her "Happy Friday" and to get caught up with her in life. Stacey was always there with an open ear to talk about the ups and downs of life. She was always understanding and empathetic.

Stacey never complained to me about her well being and was always happy to talk. She spoke often about her parents, siblings and neices. She love them dearly. I am not surprised Stacey never told me she was ill but had wish she did so I could have been there for her more often and recently.

Stacey was a beautiful person and a dear friend. I will miss knowing that I can simply pick up the phone to talk to my long time buddy.

Peace and God's blessings to all who she has touched.

I will forever be grateful for Stacey being part of my life - even if it was primarily via message boards and Facebook. We were able to do plenty of traveling together for Clay Aiken concerts and had a blast! She was a truly wonderful person who loved her family and friends wholeheartedly. She will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with Stacy's family at this difficult time. I knew Stacy as a fellow Clay fan and as one of the moderators at CV. She was warm, caring, and kind to everyone. She found a place in everyone's heart. May Stacy rest in peace...and may her loving family find peace in the many wonderful memories they shared with her over the years. May they also find comfort in knowing Stacy brought so much joy into so many people's lives. Her time, in this life, was not as long as it should have been, but, it was truly a life well lived.

Stacey the loveliest person both inside & out. I've never met her in person, only knew her as a fellow Clay fan. Even so, for the past 13 years, my almost daily interactions with her on Clayversity showed me that she was one of the most thoughtful, warm, generous, and positive people I've ever had the delight to get to know. She will be missed greatly.

My deepest sympathies go out to her dearest family & friends.
