Of Hampton Twp., passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 after courageously fighting colorectal cancer for the past 7 years. Born April 24, 1966 in Springfield, IL. He graduated from Peoria High School in Peoria, IL in 1984, and the graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1988.
Nate is survived by his wife of 25 years, Kim. His children, Christopher and Ksenia and his aunt, Linda Brazin and cousins, Roxanne Mann and Sarah Davis and their families.
Nate is preceded in death by his mother, Connie and his grandmother, Alma Reeves.
Nate started his career in St. Louis with Deloitte and Touche in 1988. He was admitted into the partnership in 1999. He relocated to Pittsburgh to be the audit partner in charge in 2009 and retired in 2015.
Nate was an avid sports fan. He was a basketball manager for 4 years at the University of Illinois and coached his kids baseball, softball and basketball teams for over 14 years. His love for the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues and University of Illinois “Fighting Illini” was well known by many.
He was the president and treasurer of the Hampton Athletic Association, and the treasurer at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.
Visitation Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 1965 Ferguson Rd, Allison Park, PA 15101. Service Saturday 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s.
