Robert W. Etzel

Of Cabot, PA went to be with the Lord on August 7, 2018. He was born February 20, 1928, to the late Ada Elmira Sipe and Clarence G. Etzel. Preceded in  death by his first wife Ellen Amon Etzel and their daughter Karen Lee Rosenfeld. He is survived by his beloved second wife of thirty years Joyce Etzel, brothers Carl (Skip) and Jack Etzel, son-in-law Howard Rosenfeld, stepchildren Kirk (Cindy) McFarland, Geraldine Lee and Eric (Sharon) McFarland, grandchild Ian Lee and nephews and nieces. He served as a Technical Sergeant with the Army Air Corps, retired from Bell Telephone and AT&T. A Master Mason of Lodge #793 in Glenshaw, a Past Master, member of North Hills lodge 716 and was on the Syria Shrine directors staff. He was a member of the first Congregational Church of Etna and was on the church counsel. He was a proud to be a grandfather and also very proud to be a Road Runner for Shriners that transported children to the Shriners hospitals in the area. 

Visitation Thurs. 12 noon until the time of the service at 2 p.m. at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.
