Beloved wife of Leo Michael Blaha; mother of Deborah Griffith, Robert Blaha(Monica), Sandy Popinski(Stan), Cheryl Sciullo(Mark), Richard Blaha(Sonia),  Patrick Blaha (deceased), Christine Podnar(Mark) and Barbara Rector(Charles); Grandmother of Jennifer Popinski Fedel, Amy Popinski Adamsky, Lisa Popinski Jedlicka, Jason Popinski, Michael Griffith, Mary Griffith Kannenberg, Rachel Podnar, Sarah Podnar, Michael Podnar, Nicholas Sciullo; Great Grandmother of Abbygail Adamsky, Alivia Adamsky, Tyler Adamsky, Ethan Popinski, Alexander Fedel, Lucas Fedel, Orion Rengers-Jedlicka, Owen Kannenberg; Sister of the late Rose Marie Kuemmerle, Raymond Lynd, William Lynd Jr.; Sister in law to Margaret (Peggy) Blaha, John Blaha and Catherine Barry; daughter of the late William & Victoria Lynd.  

Betty’s life was spent as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and active member of her community.  She was a charter member of St. Bonaventure Church where she was Treasurer of the Ladies Club, and served on the Church Council and the Funeral Committee.  Betty was a long- time member of the Elfinwild Fire Company’s Ladies Auxiliary.  Betty and her husband, Leo, retired after 41 years of ownership of Squier Pharmacy in Allison Park.  

Friends may be received at the Neely Funeral Home Mt. Royal Boulevard, Glenshaw 15116 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

Funeral mass on Saturday at 10:00 AM at St. Bonaventure Church. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Hills Community Outreach Food pantry, 1975 Ferguson Road, Allison Park, PA 15101.
