Carole Seay

Age 75, passed away Sunday May 29, 2016.

A native of Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Reges Canavan Hannan and married to Robert F. Seay for 53 years. She was a retired Secretary with the FBI, as well as a Legal Assistant with several Law Offices and had worked most recently as a Medical Transcriptionist. Carole also worked in the Publishing Department of Vitro doing contract work for the U.S. Navy. She was of the Catholic Faith and attended Prince of Peace Catholic Church where she was very active in numerous groups and had previously been involved as a volunteer, working with Boy Scouts of America and Carole was a 1959 graduate of St. Raphael High School.

Survivors in addition to her loving husband include two sons, Robert F. Seay, II and Stephen A. Seay; one sister, Mary Jeanne Hannan Tiglio (Ben); four brothers, William Jerry Hannan (Peggy), Paul Hannan (Lynn), Thomas Hannan, Mark Hannan (Becky), all of the Pittsburgh, PA area; one grandson, Austin D. Seay; numerous nephews and nieces as well as many great nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by two brothers, James and Timothy Hannan.

Visitation from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Friday June 3, 2016 in Glenshaw, PA at Neely Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church on Saturday June 4, 2016.
