Donna L Texter

Age 72 , of Shaler, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018, in her home. She was born February 6, 1945 in Kennedy Township to the late Helen and Newton Hykas. Donna was a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker for 25 years. Donna loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed dearly. Also surviving are her husband of 51 years, Robert Texter, of Shaler; Sons, Raymond (Rhonda)Texter, of Houston Texas and Timothy (Christina) Texter of Shaler; granddaughters Maggie and Nicolina Texter; grandson Gino Texter; sisters Sandra Bortle, of Birmingham, Alabama and Sharon (James) Atzert of Ross; sister-in-law Beverly (the late Edward) Texter, of Ross Township; brother-in-law Joseph (Lois) Texter of Belleview, Florida and many nephews and nieces.
Memorial donations in memory of Donna may be made with a book memorial at the local library.
