Beloved husband for 60 years of Catherine Esswein Dorsch

Loving father of Phyllis (Rob) Krueger of Fairfax, VA and Jennifer (Jim) Witt of Pittsburgh, PA.

Grandfather of Andrew (Morgan), Christina and Ryan Krueger, Jeffrey and Michael Witt.

Brother of Bernice Ruffner and the late Grace Remaley and Margaret OHara.

Son of the late John G. and Mary Windstein Dorsch.

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Private First Class in the United States Army. John was a printer with The Pittsburgh Press and a lifelong member of St. Sebastian Parish. John loved his wife and family. His warm smile and hearty laugh could light up the room and he will be dearly missed.

Family and friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6 -8 PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw

Mass of Christian Burial Tues. 10:00 a.m. at St. Sebastian Church.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to Spark of Hope c/o St. Sebastian Church or Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh, Free Care Fund.
