son of the late George W. and Edna M (Braunlich) Shord, Sr.

caring brother of the late George W. Shord, Jr. and Gloria M. “Sis” Layton

Also survived my many nieces and nephews

Wil was a proud U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, an employee for over 40 years at Braunlich-Roessle Company in Lawrenceville and also worked at Industrial Pump and Motor Repair Company for several years.  He was also a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxillary.

Visitation Wednesday 10 a.m. until the time of the blessing service at Noon at Neely Funeral Home 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw

Interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Warrendale immediately following service.

In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Animal Friends, or a charity of one’s choice.
