Husband of Claire Borlak (Sangaila).

Father of Alexander, Erin (Andy Shane), Billy Jr. (Morgayne) and Lauren (Jose) Rodriguez.

Grandfather of Tyler, Aiden, Brandon, Christian and Ashlyn.

Brother of Steve (Ellie) Borlak.

Bill owned and operated Billys Ice Cream for 37 years and was well known throughout the area as the legendary ice cream man. He was well loved by his family and within the communities he served. He proudly donated ice cream towards children's causes, had a love for Harley Davidson, and had great pride in his children's military service.

Visitation Friday 2-4 and 68 p.m. at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.

Mass of Christian Burial Sat. 9:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Church, Millvale.
