Husband of Mabel A. Peterson.

Father of William Ernest Peterson Jr. (Sheryl).

Son of the late William and Carrie Peterson.

Brother of Jean Hanna (Paul) and the late Jack and Robert Peterson and Ruth Reiher.

Step grandfather of Amanda Maxwell.

Mr. Peterson was a 32nd degree Mason with Corinthian Lodge 573 and served as a Tech Sgt. and flew 56 missions in the S. Pacific as a nose gunner on a B-24 Liberator with the Army Air Corp. in WW II.

Visitation Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.

Funeral service Sat. 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
